Photo Contest Guidelines

Entries must be mailed to our office at P.O. Box 23005, Suite B, Jackson, MS 39225, or hand-delivered to 680 Monroe Street, Suite, B, Jackson, MS 39202, no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 1, 2020.
Guidelines:
Photos must have been taken in Mississippi within the past two years. Prints can be color or black and white, should be no larger than 8” x 10,” and should not be matted. Photos will not be returned.
- Each participant may enter up to, but no more than, four entries.
- A completed ENTRY FORM and PHOTO RELEASE FORM must be attached to each photo entry.
- Contest is open to nonprofessional photographers who are district employees, NRCS employees, Earth Team members, Auxiliary members, conservation volunteers, and youth.
- Each or the four categories have two separate divisions: youth and adult.
One winner will be chosen in each of four categories, with one overall winner chosen from these winners. The category winners will each receive a certificate. The overall winner will receive a certificate, a framed print of the winning photo, and a $100 award to be presented at the MACD Annual Meeting in January.
