The Mississippi Association of Conservation Districts (MACD) has established a system for the development of policy positions to govern the organization’s positions taken by the officers, directors, employees, and members when representing MACD.  MACD’s policies are developed from the grass roots level and follow through development process before being adopted by the general membership of MACD.
